Overview

This four-day itinerary is to give a full throttle experience of wildlife safari and the Royal Bengal tiger. The tour allows you to explore the beauty and magnanimity of the beautiful landscapes and rich flora and fauna. Besides wildlife safari, this tour is planned to give you exposure to various other exciting activities. A fulfilled and extravagant trip awaits you.

Day 1 - Delhi - Corbett National Park

 

The best time to visit the park is from mid September to mid-June. The best way to reach there is by road. Just take the road by car. The range is 275 km from Delhi; you will take approximately 6 hours to reach there. Once you reach, you can take abode in one of the rustic and earthen lodges in Jim Corbett. There are many such lodges which will take care of your comfort and will arrange for all your safari needs. After having breakfast go out for sightseeing and soak in the fresh air, the rich flora and variety around the park. An early morning walk in the encircling forest and river verge area to enjoy the flowers on the arena will be an eye refreshing moment.  Visit the museums of Jim Corbett National Park at Dhangari. Come back to lodge and gorge on some relishing delicacies in lunch. For more, travel to Dhikala which offers a scintillating view of the Patil Dun Valley. It gives you a good opportunity to capture some wild life in your lens. Do accompany an area expert when you travel to Dhikala. Come back to lodge for dinner.

Day 2- Safari at Corbett National Park

 

Get up early, to start you day with a bang. Elephant safari is the most exciting activity in Jim Corbett. The Britishers and royal members used to go for safari on elephants. This is the best way to witness the rich wildlife in Jim Corbett which includes Gharial and 33 other species of reptiles. After finishing your breakfast, just get ahead to ravishing Garjia Devi Temple to get drowned with divinity. Once you come back from there, finish your lunch before you leave for the game drive in the National Park for an adventurous jeep ride. You never know you may spot a tiger abode and witness their habitat, some great pictures and thrilling moments. At the end of the evening, you can finish it in style with campfire following with a delightful dinner. 

Day 3 Tiger tracking at Corbett National Park

 

If you still have not been able to witness the majestic tiger, then take the jeep safari and track the magnificent Bengal tiger. You can visit Birjani, a famous tiger spot in Corbett. After having lunch take an enroute to spend some time at Corbett waterfall and Jim Corbett's House at Choti Haldwani. Drive back to the lodge for the overnight stay. 

Day 4 Explore surrounding destinations

 

There are many famous tourist spots around Jim Corbett National Park. After breakfast you can head towards Bhuvankhal. The sunrise from Bhuvankhal is an amazing site to witness. The snow-clad mountain peaks of Himalayas make for some perfect clicking moments.  After lunch you can bid adieu to Jim Corbett National Park and then head towards any of the nearest destinations of your choice, either towards Ranikhet or Nainital for further adventure.
